I believe technology makes sense when it improves people's everyday lives. That idea guides every project I take part in. My work sits at the border between technology, management and the public sector.
As Project Manager and Institutional Relations lead at FAMA (a Cuatroochenta product), I help public administrations and complex organizations drive their digital transformation and modernize how they manage their assets and infrastructure. I work with teams that need technology to coexist with real operations, regulation and public service.
Computer Engineer with a Master's degree from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Associate Professor at FIB-UPC BarcelonaTech, chartered member of COEINF and member of the Project Management Institute. My time in politics as City Councillor for New Technologies gave me an inside view of the public sector that I apply every day as a consultant.
These days I spend part of my time exploring how applied AI can deliver real value in these environments. Outside work you'll find me singing, travelling, at the theatre or behind a coffee (sometimes decaf).
